Body image defines one’s internal image and attitude towards physical body. Attitude speaks about one’s feelings, thoughts and beliefs about oneself. Usually, the mirror shows the reflection of our beauty. The attitude shows the reflection of our character and sense of people.

WHAT IS A BODY IMAGE?

The image you see in your mirror or the picture of yourselves is a body image. It also depends on the sexual attraction of one’s body. A body language is very important to analyze an image of a person and also identity. It seems a tough competition to all to prove them.

WHAT IS A NEGATIVE BODY IMAGE?

When you feel ashamed of your body while comparing with people, this creates a negative body image. There may be many reasons for that you may think that you look fat, dark skin complexions are the main reason for this negative body image. A negative and unhealthy body results in low confidential and self-esteem level.

Healthy body image depends on you. The way you feel about your body, the way you feel happy about us.  Eating healthy foods only doesn’t improve your body image. Some people will show case their health image by having a high cleaned vegetables and fruits.

There are many ways to keep your body image perfect. The things which are given below the works, in addition, there are many ways to learn. There are some few points on how to maintain it.

  1. Always be cool and relaxed on how your body works. Be happy with it does and the changes it goes through.
  2. Keep in mind always that true beauty doesn’t depend on your physical appearance, but also the way you think, self-confidence and so on. It’s a state of mind and not the state of the body.
  3. Whenever you look into the mirror admire yourself. Not one can admire you as you admire yourself. We are the best admirer of you.
  4. Don’t put too much of things into your head. It leads you into a confused state.
  5. Don’t worry about foods you intake. Reach to people and speak out to them. This keeps you relaxed.
  6. Wear clothes in which you feel comfortable about yourself.

 

DEVELOPING AND MAINTAIN BODY IMAGES:

Developing and maintaining body images are not as much difficult. Eating alone doesn’t make your body fit. Listen to what you say and act according to it. Your own thoughts mould us. Talk all positive things when you see yourself on the mirror.

BE A STICKY CONFIDENT PERSON:

Confidence plays a very important role in developing the body. Try to respect yourself first, because this is one of the best ways to maintain your body. No one can help you in the development of your body image except yourself.

Exercise is another tool for development. Doing yoga helps you to lead a healthy life. Try to have whatever food is provided to you. Don’t show your hesitation towards meals, it’s a very bad habit for your health.

Body image is important for one’s life. Healthy body image comes out from your thoughts and feelings. Always have a pure heart with the small amount of innocence which is good for health. Body image is of a person’s physical appearance like “Face Is the Index of Mind”.
